Prof. Arti V. Modi is an accomplished finance academician with over 14 years of experience across higher education and the corporate sector. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Finance, she brings expertise in Financial Accounting, Corporate Valuation, Portfolio Management, and Financial Management, combining academic rigor with practical industry insight.
She holds an MBA in Finance as well as Masters in Commerce and has also completed her C.A Inter. Additionally she holds NCCMP degree as well as Diploma in tax management from Welingkar Institute. She has recently submitted her Ph.D. thesis in Business Administration from H.R. College of Commerce affiliated to the University of Mumbai. Arti Modi is also a UGC-NET-qualified scholar and an empaneled trainer with SEBI, BSE, and NSE, conducting widespread Investor Awareness Programs across colleges and corporate institutions.
Throughout her academic career, she has contributed significantly to institutional development through mentoring initiatives, student placement efforts, curriculum design, and organizing finance conferences. Her research spans over 20 papers and publications in UGC Care and Scopus-indexed journals, and she is the author of the book “The Science Of Financial Investments: A Practical Guide”.
Recognized with multiple Best Paper Awards and institutional accolades, she is known for her student-centered pedagogy and commitment to fostering industry-ready professionals. In addition to her academic pursuits, Prof. Modi remains actively engaged in community service through her association with education-focused NGOs.
