Student Mentoring

In SIMSR, we believe in the adage that “Vessels are prepared by the way its molded”. Mentoring process is being followed very seriously at SIMSR with an objective of grooming students at a personal level. All the faculty of SIMSR has some students under them and they take the responsibility of grooming them. The faculty identifies the weaknesses and pushes the strengths of the students so that the student can improve on his weaknesses. The mentoring sessions are held regularly and on one-to-one basis where the faculty monitors the progress of the student on weekly basis. This mentoring exercise ensures that the students are being periodically groomed so that whatever glitches come as a hurdle in the personality, it is taken care of. The mentoring process also helps in building a positive relationship between the student and the faculty.
