Annual NGO MelaKartavya houses NGOs from across the states and provides them an opportunity to sell their products. We at SIMSR not only are committed for excellence in professionalism but ensure that our students are socially sensitive. Institute inculcated this spirit in students through various CSR activities conducted throughout the year. The Flagship event KARTAVYA – The NGO Mela is a platform that allows NGOs to showcase their vision, creativity and also an opportunity of Networking. This month long activity helps NGOs to sell their products with the help of the students.
This event also helps students to learn management while contributing their bit for a novel cause. In addition, free eye-testing camp; free health check-up camp, organ donation Programme, Joy of Giving Week, Blood Donation Camp, Beach Cleaning Drive, and many other events are conducted to transform students into socially responsible individuals.
