Aditya Mohan Khandwe is a dedicated academician and finance professional with over a decade of teaching and industry experience. He holds a Master of Management Studies (MMS) in Finance from Sterling Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from the University of Mumbai, with a focus on the application of financial technology in the Insta-Loan Applications.Aditya has an academic experience for more than a decade and his expertise spans a broad range of finance subjects including Commercial Banking, Financial Derivatives, Mergers and Acquisitions, Fixed Income, and Corporate Valuation. He also teaches core management subjects like Business Environment; Managerial Economics and Business Research Methods.His research credentials are robust, with six published papers in reputed journals and a notable patent on economic administration methods for developing South-East Asian countries. He has presented at national conferences and remains deeply engaged in academic inquiry. Notably, his paper on exchange-traded funds was published in Oeconomia Copernicana, and his research on capital structure was featured in Vilnius Tech Business, Management and Economics Engineering.Before transitioning into academia, Aditya built a solid foundation in the corporate world with roles at JP Morgan Chase, SS&C Financial Services, and YES Bank. His professional experience includes managing high-value portfolios in global credit and derivative markets, client relationship management, and operations leadership in the field of buyouts. He has handled portfolios exceeding USD 20 billion and led teams through complex trade settlements and regulatory frameworks.With a strong blend of academic insight, industry acumen, and research orientation, Aditya continues to contribute meaningfully to the field of finance education and applied financial research.
