Mr. Akash Mahanagde

Mr. Akash Mahanagde is an expert academician with an industry experience of 7 years. He holds a Master of Management Studies degree from University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Mumbai. He has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in law specialized in Labour Law & Labour Welfare from Mumbai University. In addition to teaching core HR subjects such as Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Training & Development, and Industrial Relations, he is also actively involved in managing and overseeing comprehensive HR activities for the institute’s staff. His responsibilities include recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, employee engagement, grievance handling, and policy implementation.With his dual role in teaching and institutional HR operations, he ensures that students gain practical insights along with theoretical understanding, making his sessions highly engaging and industry-oriented.
