Dr. Vedika Sharma

She is an Assistant Professor at Sasmira’s Institute of Management Studies and Research. She has completed PhD in HR from University of Rajasthan and MBA with specialisation in Human Resource Management and Marketing. An XLRI alumna, 11 years of experience in academics and Training and Development with various institutions at different profiles. She is a high performing and strategic thinking professional of combined experience in higher education sectors and corporates. Highly skilled at training & counselling, Innovative, strong presenter with experience leading webinars and facilitating in-person workshops. She has taught various subjects at post graduate level which includes Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Managerial Economics, Business Ethics, Competency Based HRM & Performance Management, OD & Change Management, Product & Brand and Marketing Management and has actively contributed as an in charge and member of various committees in the college. She has published seven research papers and presented six research papers in various National and International Journals/Conferences and Seminars. She has proven ability to leverage technology, develop and deliver impactful strategic plans in order to shape high performing teams and individuals and possess extensive knowledge of education industry practices. She has conducted many sessions on Motivation, Team Building, Ethical Practices, Employee Engagement and Personality Development in various institutions and has organized and participated in various Faculty Development Programmes, webinars and workshop.
