Dr. Sanskruti Kadam

Dr. Sanskruti Kadam is Professor at SASMIRA's Institute of Management Studies and Research (SIMSR), Mumbai, with over two decades of experience in teaching, research, academic administration, faculty development, and industry engagement. She is a recognized Ph.D. Guide at the University of Mumbai and has made significant contributions in the areas of Human Resource Management, Talent Management, Organizational Behaviour, Gender Studies, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Leadership, and Sustainable Human Resource Practices.
She has published research papers in reputed national and international journals, authored a book and book chapters for renowned publishers and also presented papers at prestigious conferences. She actively mentors research scholars and postgraduate students, fostering a culture of research excellence and evidence-based management.
Dr. Kadam has successfully designed several Management Development Programmes (MDPs), Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), workshops, and consultancy assignments for academic institutions, corporate organizations, and government agencies. She has been instrumental in curriculum design, academic policy development, institutional quality initiatives, and outcome-based education practices.
An active member of Board of Studies (BOS) of reputed management institutes, academic and research advisory and statutory committees, she contributes to institutional governance through initiatives related to research, faculty development, student welfare, industry collaboration, and accreditation.
Dr. Sanskruti Kadam is a certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) Trainer and an advocate for creating safe, inclusive, and equitable workplaces. She has conducted numerous awareness programmes, workshops, and capacity-building sessions on the POSH Act, 2013 for academic institutions, corporate organizations, and professionals.
