- Introduction
The Management Development Programme (MDP) offered by our institute is designed to empower working professionals, executives, and emerging leaders with contemporary managerial knowledge, strategic thinking capabilities, and practical skills required to excel in today’s dynamic and competitive business environment. It focusses on ongoing learning and enhancing the leadership capabilities to handle challenges at personal and professional level.
Our MDP focuses on enhancing professional competencies across functional and cross-functional domains such as leadership, strategic management, human resource management, digital transformation, finance for non-finance professionals, marketing excellence, data-driven decision making, and innovation management. The curriculum is carefully curated to address current industry challenges, emerging trends, and global business practices, enabling participants to make informed, ethical, and sustainable decisions in their respective organizations.
The MDP is expected to enhance participants’ leadership effectiveness, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and strategic perspective. It also fosters professional networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among participants from diverse sectors and backgrounds. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate from the institute, signifying their commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

4.2 Program Duration
A key feature of our MDP is its flexibility and customization. Programmes may be offered in modular, short-term, or long-term formats, depending on organizational requirements. Customized MDPs can also be developed in collaboration with corporate partners to address specific competency gaps, organizational challenges, and strategic priorities.
4.3 Delivery Methods
The MDP will employ diverse teaching methods to enhance learning, including:

4.4 Evaluation and Certification
Participants will be evaluated based on:

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.
- Admission Criteria
To ensure the quality and relevance of the program, the following admission criteria will be applied:
- Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience (for mid-level programs); min 3 years for senior leadership programs.
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated potential for managerial growth and leadership ability.
- Application Process: Participants must submit an application form along with a personal statement and updated resume. An interview or assessment may be required.
- Program Fees and Payment
The fee structure for the MDP depends upon the program selected. Discounts will be available for Corporate Group Enrolments.
- Resource Persons and Trainers
The MDP will be led by a team of highly qualified faculty and trainers, including Academicians, Professors and researchers with expertise in management theory and practice. Industry Experts, Senior leaders and professionals from top organizations who bring real-world insights.
