• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience (for mid-level programs); min 3 years for senior leadership programs.
• Leadership Potential: Demonstrated potential for managerial growth and leadership ability.
• Application Process: Participants must submit an application form along with a personal statement and updated resume. An interview or assessment may be required.

The fee structure for the MDP depends upon the program selected. Discounts will be available for Corporate Group Enrolments.
